I can replace the End Mill with the prototype in under a minute because I used a Sherline Headstock Casing (which I can beaten to death with a sledgehammer trying to get a flycutter out of it) as the casing for the syringe.  I used a few other Sherline parts as well, which you can see in the picture.

Currently, using Mach3 I can control the X, Y, Z Axis as well as the height of the plunger!

I just need to figure out the "Proper" way to control the plunger in Gcode.  I don't think the A-axis in Mach3 is the best idea.  Writing the gcode for a shot glass should show me what will and what will not work for everyone.

The "Proper way" is to turn the motor for the deposition tool like the spindle...  M3 / M4 / M5

I also stabilized the bottom of the deposition tool so that it would create a steady line when in use.  After some motor tuning in Mach3, I should be ready to go!
