Once I get everything working, the first thing I want to try to do is alter the shape of the nozzles that deposit material.

I think it would be cool to be able to put down a "plane" of material.  I also see a moon shaped nozzle that might work better with spheres.  I can combine this with my next idea for an automatic tool changer for the printheads.

Before I get started on this, does anyone have any thoughts?
